Install
The first time you open it
Until the app is signed by Apple and Microsoft, your system will warn you the first time you open it. Only once:
Mac
- Open the .dmg file and drag JustDownload to Applications.
- Open it. macOS will say it cannot verify the app: click “OK”.
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and, at the bottom, click “Open Anyway”.
- Confirm with your password or Touch ID. It will not ask again.
Windows
- Open the JustDownload.exe installer.
- If “Windows protected your PC” appears, click “More info”.
- Click “Run anyway” and follow the installer.
- When it finishes, JustDownload is in the Start menu.

Frequently asked questions
Is it a subscription?
No. The licence is €29 once and it is yours forever, with every update. If you have nuvola+, JustDownload is included while you stay subscribed.
Why do I have to sign in?
Because the licence goes with your Google account. No serial numbers to keep, and you can reinstall or change computers without losing it.
How many computers can I use it on?
One Mac and one Windows PC at the same time. If you change computers, the app offers to move the licence to the new one (up to 3 times a month).
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app checks the licence with our server once every 30 days; in between it works without a connection.
What happens if I leave nuvola+?
If you have not bought the licence, the app locks until you buy it or rejoin nuvola+. Your downloaded files stay on your disk.
Which Mac and Windows do I need?
A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) or a 64-bit Windows PC. There is no version for Intel Macs or 32-bit Windows.
Are my downloads sent anywhere?
No. What you download and your history stay on your computer. Our server only knows your account, your licence and which computers it is active on.
