What data we process

Account: name, email and picture from your Google account, to identify you and tie the licence to your account.

Licence and computers: whether you have a licence or nuvola+, the purchase date and, for each activated computer, a random identifier, the computer name, the system and the app version, to apply the one-computer-per-system limit.

Payment: Stripe processes payment data; we only receive the result, the amount and your email.

What you download never leaves your computer: links, files and history are not sent to our server.

Why and on what basis

To provide the licence and service you buy (performance of a contract) and to meet tax obligations (legal obligation). We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Who else processes it

Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website network) and IONOS (server in the EU). Some may involve transfers outside the EU, covered by standard contractual clauses.

How long

While you have an account. Invoices, for as long as the law requires (usually 6 years).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
