What you buy
A personal, lifetime licence to use JustDownload for a one-time payment of €29 (VAT included). It includes every update we release, with no fees.
The licence is not a sale of the software: it lets you use it, not resell it, rent it or share your account.
Account
To activate the app you sign in with your Google account. The licence is tied to that account.
Computers
One licence can be used at the same time on one Mac and one Windows PC (one computer per system).
If you activate it on another computer with the same system, the app offers to move it and the previous one is deactivated. You can do this up to 3 times a month.
Licence check
The app checks the licence with our server at least once every 30 days. It works normally offline during that time; afterwards it will ask to connect to carry on.
Without a valid licence the app locks until you buy or activate it. Files you have already downloaded stay on your computer.
nuvola+
If you have an active nuvola+ subscription (plus.nuvola.cat), JustDownload is included while it lasts. When the subscription ends, the app locks unless you have bought the licence. nuvola+ has its own terms.
Requirements
A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) or a 64-bit Windows PC. There is no version for Intel Macs or 32-bit Windows.
Until the app is signed by Apple and Microsoft, your system may warn you the first time you open it; the website explains how to continue.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Fair use
Downloading content you have no right to, bypassing the licence system or sharing your account is not allowed. If it happens, we may deactivate the licence.
Warranty
We guarantee the app works as described on the website under consumer law. Download speed depends on your connection and on the source server.
Changes
If we change these terms we will let you know in the app. Changes will never take away what you have already bought.
