JustDownload is digital content delivered immediately. When buying you expressly agree that the licence is activated straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal (article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection law).

When we refund

If we charged you by mistake or twice, or if the app does not work on a computer that meets the requirements and we cannot fix it, we refund the amount to the same card.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your account email and what happened. We reply within 7 days.
